A Tour Of Her Own will offer 9 sessions throughout the day starting and finishing in various locations. We have done our best to accommodate attendees and keep all sessions within proximity to Downtown DC and Freedom Plaza. Please carefully read information relevant to the sessions you registered for. Be sure to also click the session logo for complete details.

The main welcome desk and registration is located inside the JW Marriott Washington DC hotel. The room will be accessible from 9:45am until 4:30p for guests to check-in, purchase merchandise, network, charge cell phones, or just relax. TOHO attendees are permitted to use hotel amenities such as restrooms and water fountains. There is also Starbucks located on the main level and food options nearby. Staff will be onsite to assist.

*IMPORTANT: Expect road closures and traffic delays on Pennsylvania Avenue and in the surrounding area due to The National Race to End Women’s Cancer. Please plan accordingly so that you can arrive on time for you tour departure. Sessions will begin promptly at the start time and no refunds will be issued.

Participants attending the following sessions are directed to check in at the main welcome desk inside the hotel 30 minutes prior to the start of their tour. Attendees registered for multiple sessions will only have to check-in once. These tours will depart from the hotel.

The room will also host:

  • Be Brave, Just Show Up (12:30p-2:00p) The JW Marriott

  • Yoga on the Mall (9:00am-10:00am) Yoga is located on the grounds of the Washington Monument at 15th and Constitution NW. The room is used in case of rain ONLY, check email & social media. Attendees registered for Yoga on the Mall are directed to check in directly at the Washington Monument at 8:45am. The exact location is on the NE side of the monument closest to the intersection of Constitution Avenue and 15th Street NW. Please note that the following sessions will meet in different locations. Attendees can check in at the main welcome desk at any point between 9:45a-4:00p. Attendees for these sessions also have the option of checking-in at the location listed below 15-5 minutes before start time.
