All-Levels Flow hosted by Yoga Heights

This class will move you through a series of poses that connect breath to movement. Breathing will be emphasized as you progress through a flowing sequence of poses to help you get out of your head and into your body. Your practice will grow and your sense of peace and balance will be restored as you flow through the yoga postures  empowered by your breath.

Lindsay found yoga in 2015 after suffering a chronic foot injury which prevented her from continuing her first life’s passion: soccer.  A skeptic at first, she discovered that yoga had a profound effect on her mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, in addition to challenging her body physically and providing an outlet for all of her energy.  After taking up yoga, her coworkers even began to comment about the change in her demeanor, patience, and overall sense of calm.  Less than a year later, Lindsay was hooked and signed up for Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Heights, where she completed a life-changing 200 hour RYT program led by Jess Pierno and Angela Meyer. Lindsay loves to teach vinyasa flow classes that are physically stimulating with creative sequencing, time to ground and breathe, fun music, and a little bit of sass.  She wants to share with others what yoga has done for her in the hopes that it will have the same fulfilling impact on them – that is, to nurture the mind and soul by bringing balance, awareness, and peace, in addition to keeping the body revved and toned.
