The services listed below are designed to accommodate groups of 10-30 people with flat rates.
These are our strong suggestions on the programs that work best. Upon request, we can adjust these offerings to better curate an experience for your group as well as send quotes for larger group sizes.

Once TOHO receives your service request below, we cross-reference it with our guides and confirm we can host you before sending an invoice.
In the final phase, we send you an invoice and contract through the Square app with automations about your payment schedule.
To officially secure that date we ask for a 50% deposit up front at time of booking.
Payment in full will be due 3 weeks prior to event for bus tours and 3 days for walking tours.
Submitting this form is not a commitment for you or for us. It simply progresses us into the final step of the booking process.

We can accommodate various mobility and sensory needs including but not limited to ADA, hearing, vision, and more on most tours. You must submit a note prior to booking and paying a deposit. In certain situations, an additional fee may need to be added.

Date changes after deposit is submitted require official re-booking. The 50% deposit is forfeited so that we can compensate staff and administrative team. The remaining 50% will be returned if cancellation occurs with more than 72 hours notice. All cancellations less than 72 hours prior to the event will be charged fully in accordance with the invoice.

Tours are offered rain or shine.
TOHO reserves the right to alter this event based on extenuating circumstances beyond control including but not limited to weather, health and safety concerns.
The tour will start and finish promptly at the agreed upon time. - Client should notify TOHO in writing via info@atourofherown.com of any mobility or health concerns that need attention.
GRATUITY: Additional compensation for an exceptional experience is always appreciated but never expected! To provide optional tips, our guides accept cash or you can request their Venmo.
